The Healthy Bride Kickoff Event will be held Saturday, January 21st at 10:30am at The Fitness Lab in Fremont. This free event kicks off with music, prizes, and vendors mixing and mingling with our attendees. The Healthy Bride will be providing a free 50 minute workout at 10:50am for all attendees. Before the workout, brides and their guests will be entertained by DJ Kevin Olson from Disco Royale. After the workout, prizes will be awarded.
