Something blue has been a part of weddings for centuries, and using the cool tone as the star of a wedding day palette lends a refined timelessness to even the most modern affairs. Ashton and Logan’s celebration on the verdant grounds of Pasco’s Promise Garden shows how balancing soft blue with creamy white can create such a classic look.
The blue-and-white theme began with the stationery, on which a dusky blue Chinoiserie-inspired pattern framed the joyous details. The iconic color combo graced the gowns of Ashton’s bridal party—including painterly florals and a chic, light blue pantsuit with white shoes—complementing her simple, flowing silhouette.
A mix of white roses, blue and white hydrangeas and lush greenery, with sprigs of baby’s breath tucked throughout, accented the gazebo where the couple exchanged their “I do’s.”
