Bri and Maverick discovered their mutual love for music on their very first date when a casual winter walk at Manito Park in Spokane led to an evening spent enjoying a DJ set Maverick was filming for work. Enriched by the lively beats they love, the couple’s wedding at the Arbor Crest Wine Cellars brought a fresh, modern edge to classic summer charm. Set against sprawling vineyard fields and backed by distant mountains, the fun-loving pair said “I do” under a hazy blue sky before kicking off a night of dancing with their loved ones.

Inspired by the groom’s love for orange, bright sunset shades swept a gentle warmth throughout the reception and were accented by matching linens and subtle string lights. Roses and ranunculus joined dahlias and zinnias in whimsical floral arrangements that brought a refined drama to the rich greenery of the rustic courtyard setting.

For a delicious personal touch, the groom’s family contributed a homemade vegan carrot cake decorated with orange slices and complete with two ducks on top to symbolize the bride and groom. Friends took over the DJ booth to bolster a memorable dancefloor experience, and a touching mother-daughter dance was a highlight of Bri’s night. When it was time to take off the dancing shoes, she changed into a sequined mini-dress, and the pair exited in a sea of sparklers waved by their guests.
