Explaining her approach to hair and makeup, Kayla Okpareke, owner of Kayla Kollection Artistry, says, “We wanted to focus on executing some 2023/2024 bridal beauty trend predictions: brushed-through tresses and less of the perfectly sculpted glam waves. So, we kept the hair natural and gave her some lived-in waves.” As for the makeup, she says, “The look was kept monochromatic while we played off the warmth of the bride’s natural skin tone, giving her a subtle, ethereal glow that she can feel her best in.”
