Grace Loves Lace Launches Dreamy New Collection

One of our favorite designers, Grace Loves Lace, recently launched their highly anticipated 2020/21 Mainline Collection and we are here for it! After teasing the collection, titled 'Elysian' on Instagram, we're finally able to check out the incredible collection in its entirety, which was inspired by founder Megan Ziems' passion for music, poetry and nature.

The collection consists of 11 new gowns, alongside an exclusive range of apparel and accessories, and features buttery soft, stretch crepe, intricately layered Italian tulle, new laces, trims and expert handmanship. From billowy skirts layered with soft tulle, to the incredibly supportive crepe gowns that took Ziems years to perfect fabric for; the design duo's aim was to give women all over the world a highly diverse offering. Elysian takes us on a journey back to the most innocent form of creativity; imagination.

MARTINI

Martini is a refined, modern design, made from buttery soft, stretch crepe that sculpts and supports the body. She embodies luxury you can dance in, full of passion and confidence. Featuring a stylish scoop neckline, daring low back and column shape fit. The detachable back bow is made of double layer silk, adding a dramatic statement on the train. 


LENA

Lena is for the woman who wants impeccable simplicity; a gown that is both breathtaking and timeless. This gown features a stunning combination of our distinctive fishtail silhouette and our flattering stretch crepe created to mould and support the body. Lena combines a plunging neckline and a sculptural, fitted frame. Lena’s delicate, Italian tulle panels with hand cut lace motifs have been curated in their placement over the gown, to highlight and accentuate natural contours of the body. On the bodice you can choose between a soft ivory or subtle nude tulle to contrast the delicate lace appliqué. Lena will support your body, shaping your fondest features.


WILLOW

The Willow gown is for the carefree and stylish bride. Made with our buttery soft, stretch crepe, this fitted and relaxed design gracefully skims the body to highlight your favourite features. Designed with clean, contemporary lines, Willow is an undone and relaxed statement. With a scooping front and plunging low back, she is a luxurious gown you can dance the night away in. With a plunging, paneled bust and daring low-back, she is the ultimate less-is-more gown. Thoughtfully added details like silk covered buttons elevate this gown and draw the eye to the magnificent train. Featuring an abstract pattern with a dimensional contrast of matte and pearlescent thread, when you slip into River you will shimmer in the light. 


NOAH

A blend of an iconic silhouette and modern lace combinations, the Noah is feminine and soulful. Highlighting our unique abstract Chantilly lace and trims, she is the epitome of modern craftsmanship. With built in cups and an exquisite fit, she offers complete support and functionality. An intricate stretch trim is used to contour the body, while silk godet skirt panels add softness. Noah is a thoughtfully detailed design and beautifully balanced with off-the-shoulder scallop edged lace arm bands and a supportive stretch back strap.


STAR

Star is a visionary gown combining opulence and individuality. With a full circle, billowing skirt and expertly crafted, supportive bust — she is a showstopping gown for the woman who writes her own romance. Star features delicate, hand-stitched motifs and a tulle overlay using our iconic pearlescent lace that shimmers in the sunlight. The delicate tulle compliments the Chantilly lace, separated by pearl beading along the cup and under bust of the bodice.
