Take your pick of planes, trolleys and automobiles for your big-day getaway vehicle.

VINTAGE CHARM

Ride off in a classically cool selection from British Motor Coach. Owner Roy DuBrow’s luxurious options include classic Bentleys and Rolls-Royces, as well as a Jaguar-built Daimler limousine. (Other types of vehicles are also available for rental.) For the diehard Anglophile, some cars feature semaphore turn signals (with side indicators that pop out) and the driver’s side on the right. A professional chauffeur will take you on your way while you unwind in the back of the deluxe, leather-trimmed ride. All-inclusive two-hour consecutive rental is $384 and includes chauffeur and fuel charge; split packages with two trips are available for an all-inclusive rate of $576; additional vans and SUVs are available, price dependent on length of rental and vehicle.

ALL ABOARD

Add a touch of old-fashioned romance to your exit by hopping aboard the Emerald City Trolley. A charter on one of these Northwest-built rides provides space for decorations as well as a PA system, CD player and radio. Snag a banquet permit online (available via lcb.wa.gov/licensing/online-banquet-permit) to enjoy a nightcap on your ride while surrounded by splendid oak and brass furnishings. Starts at $850 with four-hour charter minimum; seats as many as 30 people with space for five standing; wheelchair lifts and ADA compliant.

Kick it old school and take off with your sweetheart in a cheerful yellow school bus. With a passenger capacity of 45–50, First Student buses let you relive the nostalgia of your youth with plenty of room for friends or the bridal party to tag along. A qualified driver will take you safely from your pickup spot to your destination, just like back in the day! Rental with three-hour minimum is $287, each additional hour $55; other fees may apply depending on destination.

PEDALING AROUND

Get whisked away while making less of an impact on the environment with Seattle Pedicab. With room for two, you can cozy up with your new spouse or bring along a group to the after-party with a fleet of as many as 15 cabs. Enjoy the sights and sounds of the city in the open air or, should it rain on your big day, cabs are equipped with canopies providing full enclosure with a window. $100–$120 per cab per hour, including driver; transport fee $100 if outside Seattle.
