We've fallen head over heels for this gorgeous styled shoot planned and designed by Cake and Lace Events at the Hall at Fauntleroy in Seattle inspired by the beauty of Filipino culture. Pretty tropical hues of bright pinks and purples paired with pops of refreshing green made for the most amazing color palette, and dreamy florals by Wandering Blooms LLC brought the entire design to life. Boho accents and pretty details, including an amazing invitation suite by J. Meier Designs and gorgeous sweetheart table design, made this shoot truly one to remember.
From Cake & Lace Events:
"This modern & romantic Filipina styled shoot was taken in the heart of West Seattle with an objective to beautifully illustrate and represent the romantic sides of Filipino culture infused with a modern day look. A stunning Foxglove Front Slit Lace Gown by Willowby was paired with a Barong, the traditional attire for a groom worn in the Philippines at a wedding. The bouquet and floral arrangements, filled with Islander mostera leaves and deep shades of purple roses, complimented the Ube Halaya wedding cake, the ingredient of famous Filipino desserts in Manila. Our bride and groom celebrated the final minutes of this occasion with a champagne toast, followed by an unforgettable money dance, the typical and traditional version of a Filipino 'first dance.'"
