Intimate Mt. Rainier Wedding at Copper Creek Inn

Though currently residents of New York City, Nicole and Gareth wanted to escape the Big Apple for an uncomplicated and relaxing weekend in the Pacific Northwest. Guests were surrounded by the natural beauty of the forest and rustic cabins of Copper Creek Inn near Mt. Rainier, providing the perfect backdrop for the two-day celebration. The couple said “I do” with their closest friends and family, followed by a relaxed BBQ, lawn games and sipping drinks under the stars. A winding table with candles and wildflowers set the scene for a romantic evening dinner on day two of the wedding festivities. The parchment paper tablecloth allowed guests to write sweet notes for the couple, and Blue Ribbon Cooking curated a grazing-style meal featuring Pike Place Market Grilled Vegetables with Fleur De Sel, Heirloom Tomato Jam & Yoke Mousse and Lemon Pesto Baked Cod. The celebration ended with guests dancing amongst the towering PNW pine trees, a perfect end to a perfect weekend.
