Love of the Outdoors Infuses Wedding Day at Crystal Mountain Resort

This fun-loving couple’s adventurous spirits shone through in a gorgeous wedding that highlighted the beauty of the Pacific Northwest mountains. Guests rode the gondola up Crystal Mountain to celebrate the union of Isabelle Hillberg and Sam Bruns at the summit. From invitations that displayed a mountain scene to wooden skis for guests to sign, Isabelle and Sam’s wedding perfectly captured their love of the outdoors. The simplicity of décor allowed the breathtaking backdrop of the snowcapped mountain to take center stage, with pops of pink and purple florals accentuating the deep greens and thrilling blues of the mountaintop setting. The venue wasn’t the only carefully chosen aspect of the wedding. A Champagne shelf awaited the newlyweds’ guests, as well as cozy pashmina blankets to ward off the chill of mountain air. To accessorize Isabelle’s sleek and elegant bridal gown, she wore a true family heirloom: a veil that had been worn for many generations in her family. The party continued as Isabelle changed into a short, fun reception dress in which she danced the night away with Sam and all their loved ones surrounding them.
