This outdoor wedding, held at the groom's parent's home in southwestern Washington truly was a labor of love for the couple and their families. While it features talented vendors from both sides of Washington/Oregon border (hence why we're sharing across our sister sites!), many of the romantic details of the day were pulled together by family and friends. We're not sure there's much sweeter than an elegant and intimate gathering where each and every piece of the affair was homegrown, including the stylish bride's freshly baked cookies and cupcakes. Oregon-based photographer Erika Nicole was on hand to capture the lovely afternoon.

"Our September wedding was exactly as I envisioned it. I wanted our friends and family to walk into the venue and experience firsthand how we were feeling that day -- to be completely overwhelmed with love and the romance in the air. Creating an intimate setting was the ultimate goal.
The wedding was held in the backyard of my in-laws house, and almost everything was handmade. The wooden boxes were made by my husband and I even baked the cookies and cupcakes. Throughout the evening, I was in awe of how my vision finally came together and how all of our hard work paid off. "
