THE COUPLE: For two Match.com users, it was love at first message. Sparks flew after jkl1805, also known as Justin Lech, a business analytics manager, and Chelsea Hitch, alias InsertWitHere, founder of Dancing Fox Weddings & Events, met online in 2012.
LET IT SNOW: The brick walls, pillars and high beams of Golden Gardens Park Bathhouse were a DIY dream: To create sparkly snowflake chandeliers, the couple die-cut more than 2,000 paper snowflakes. Twinkling lights strung around pillars, handmade cotton ball curtaining and soft white florals set the tone for the whimsical yet elegant affair, while a snow machine surprised guests with falling snow.
THE CAKE: The bride’s mother crafted a white cake with homemade chocolate mousse and a glitter icicle drizzle. The couple topped off her masterpiece with a whimsical wolf-in-tux and bear-in-gown cake found on Etsy.
GRAND EXIT: For the farewell, guests lined up with Nerf-ball snowballs, tossing a flurry as the couple leapt into a vintage British limo.
