Rose and Sparrow Floral Design
Rose & Sparrow is a Seattle Wedding and Event Floral Studio, based in Thorp, WA, specializing in botanically inspired floral design. Nestled on 5 acres along creekside property with lush organic gardens, R&S blends locally grown flowers, foliage & textures for all seasons & celebrations statewide and beyond.
R&S offers full custom wedding and event florals including delivery, set up, repurposing and breakdown. Serving the greater Seattle area, Washington State, Oregon and beyond, we are the preferred vendor for Suncadia Resort. We also specialize in smaller floral packages for intimate PNW gatherings & elopement flowers for the adventurous.
R&S invites you to elevate your event with organic and natural style floral installations ‘as though they grew there’, bouquets that are an extension of your hand and inner beauty, and dining arrangements that delight and inspire your guests. We curate bespoke floral packages for each client, unique to every couple, venue, season and personal style, offering luxury design that creates focal points of living art for a truly immersive experience. R&S incorporates native flora & hand foraged materials whenever appropriate to an event, reminiscent of the locale, and inspired by each client. Every piece is intentionally crafted and delicately handled to ensure the highest quality.

Adrian Hayden Hopkins
Owner, Lead Creative Designer
Adrian began her floristry career in San Francisco in 2007, working for shops and other designers 'on the side' as she traveled up the west coast, racing mountain bikes professionally for 10 years. Once she retired from her sport, she began pursuing her own personal artistry with flowers. She moved from Snoqualmie to Cle Elum in 2018 and opened R&S as Suncadia Resort's preferred vendor. Settled now centrally in Thorp, Adrian is delighted to travel easily statewide and beyond to flower events solo, and with her team of trusted assistants and freelancers. She loves the variety of micro climates, venues, locales and communities the PNW holds, and continues to expand her design, techniques and artistic vision. With 20 years of experience working in floristry and event design, Adrian is well versed in what types of flora hold up best in different climates, what mechanics and tricks keep flowers looking freshest for the longest duration, creative solutions and last minute problem solving. She loves designing delicate and intentional flower arrangements for the outdoors as well as in, and loves working with clients to bring their vision to life.
