Food trucks have gained a devoted following, continuing to be a wedding-day favorite for Seattle couples. The following newcomers stand out from the carpool, each offering delectable fare and sweetly designed wheels.
Mobile Mavens
Launched by food industry pros Michelle Clair and Danielle Custer (of Monte Cristo fame), Mobile Mavens provides a delightful fleet of vehicles, each with their own signature cuisine. Pop Up—two darling bicycle carts—offers sweet ice cream treats, while the vintage-chic campers include Biscuit Box (serving warm biscuits and house-made jams), Picnic (offering hearty sandwiches) and GaiBox (specializing in Asian fusion fare). The latest addition is Lil’ Blu with Half Pint, a 1968 utility truck that serves Stumptown cold brew and other cool sips. The charming caravan is designed to mix and match to create a playful display for your big day. Available year-round throughout the state; menus are customizable; $1,300–$2,000 inclusive fee for 80–150 people within Seattle area; mobilemavensseattle.com.

The Sidecar Mobile Bar
A self-described “booze nerd,” Brad Davidson has a deep appreciation for classic cocktails. When an ad for a whimsical 1957 Mercury trailer crossed his path, he and wife Kate Cioffi created retro-cool The Sidecar Mobile Bar in early 2016. Favorite craft cocktail options include the Sazerac, Martinez and Negroni; Davidson also prepares twists on classics (think a Moscow mule with seasonal shrub and homemade ginger beer) and can help clients concoct signature drinks. Available year-round; travel fees apply outside 25-mile radius of Seattle; flexible pricing, typical package consists of rental, ice, breakdown/setup and service with 2 bartenders for 5 hours, $1,000; 206.992.2284; thesidecarseattle.com.

The Cookie Counter
A love for VW buses and vegan baking led Chris Olson and Chelsea Keene to launch The Cookie Counter. Decked out with vintage ’70s details, the sky blue bus serves an assortment of vegan ice cream and cookie sandwiches. Popular items include naturally dyed lavender and lemon ice cream with shortbread or sugar cookies. A new storefront in Greenwood offers a chance to sample flavors before the big day. Bus available for catering May–September and for deliveries year-round; travel fees apply outside of Seattle; rates start at $3.50—$4.50/sandwich and $100/hour for service with 1-hour minimum; seattlecookiecounter.com.
