1. BERRY GOOD This two-tiered fondant cake with hand-painted, watercolor-style greenery lends a chic, clean backdrop for the show stopping greenery and blackberry, strawberry, huckleberry and blueberry embellishments, all handcrafted from sugar by West Seattle’s Baked. Custom Cakes. Inside, a light and lovely coconut cake is complemented by blackberry creme filling. $15/serving.

2. TOP TIER A fruit-laden floral fascinator topper—which includes hops and hops leaves, raspberries on the vine, ranunculus, roses, foliage and a branch of baby apples, all entirely crafted from sugar—sits atop this cake’s octagonal base and round upper tiers. Created by Lower Queen Anne–based Honey Crumb Cake Studio, this three-tier brown sugar cake with boysenberry-black currant filling is also hand-painted in gradient shades of apricot buttercream for a supremely sophisticated look. Price upon request.

3. NATURAL BEAUTY Lightly kissed with gold leaf, artfully arranged fresh kumquats, blackberries and blueberries present a fresh take on this classic three-tier design by The SweetSide, located in Wallingford. A chocolate cake interior with apricot filling, textured Swiss meringue buttercream and tiers of various heights only add to its appeal. $8.50/serving.

4. MODERN MIX Espresso macarons with a honey cinnamon whiskey ganache filling envelop the top half of this two-tier confection from Midori Bakery in Redmond. For the bottom layer, the triple chocolate cake is covered in coconut fondant for a natural, white-on-white appearance and finished with gold leaf accents together with berries, figs and leaves hand-sculpted out of gum paste. Starts at $250.
