Timeless Romanticism : A Vibrant Harvest Wedding

Real Wedding

THE LOVE STORY

When Bekah met Zach at church seventeen years ago, she didn’t really notice him as it was just her best friends cute older brother. It wasn’t until 10 years later, at a harvest festival, where they felt that first spark, well...truth be told, Zach was asking Bekah about another girl, and Bekah wondered, “what about me?” This became the family joke, but before long, he seemed ever-present. Zach truly became a part of Bekah’s family, and the piece of her heart she never knew was missing. He was the shoulder for her to lean on, and the steady rock her family needed, a blessing from God in good times and in bad.

THE SPECIAL MOMENT

On a stormy day in late December of 2015, Zach surprised Bekah with an adventure over Snoqualmie Pass to the beautiful Woodland Park Zoo, just in time for the illumination of the zoo lights. As they strolled through the exhibits, revering in the peaceful animals’ atmosphere, Bekah felt Zach’s nerves start to bubble over, revealing the imminence of a fairy-tale moment. At last, he pulled her into a photo booth, and dropped to one knee as they counted down “three-two-one” for the camera flash. When he pulled out the ring, Bekah burst into a delighted rush of happy emotions. (Of course, she said “yes”!)

THE INSPIRED STYLE

Since Bekah and Zach have always loved the magic of autumn in Central Washington, it seemed perfectly fitting that their wedding inspiration would be drawn from crisp nights and golden leaves. The couple spent the months approaching the wedding planting pumpkins and digging through antique shops looking for the perfectly aged décor pieces to style the recently renovated “Cattle Barn”. These details, paired with the surrounding forested hills, fulfilled Zach and Bekah’s adoration for timeless romanticism while creating a traditional, warm and inviting ambience for family and friends. The Campbells transformed this rustic barn into an elegant scene, curated with sentimental significance. In the end, what mattered the most to the bride and groom was having their dear friends and family surrounding them as they began their fairytale.
